Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Adviora (the “Service”), operated by Synvolve Intellis Private Limited (“Synvolve”, “we”, “us”), a company incorporated in India with its registered office in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Adviora is an AI marketing platform that helps businesses plan, generate, schedule and publish marketing content, analyse websites for SEO, and manage related marketing workflows. Features, limits and pricing depend on your subscription plan and may change over time.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break any applicable law or third-party right, including intellectual-property rights;
• generate or publish unlawful, deceptive, hateful, or infringing content;
• violate the terms or policies of connected platforms (e.g. Meta, Google);
• attempt to breach, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service or its security;
• resell or provide the Service to third parties except under an authorised agency plan.

4. Your content & AI-generated output

You retain ownership of the business information, brand assets, and materials you provide (“Your Content”). You grant us a licence to process Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. Output generated by the Service is provided for your use, but AI systems can produce inaccurate or unsuitable results — you are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published.

5. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties (AI providers, Meta, Google, payment gateways). Your use of connected accounts is also governed by those parties’ terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, and connected platforms may change or revoke access at any time.

6. Plans, billing & taxes

Paid plans are billed per period through our payment partner (Razorpay). Applicable Indian GST is added for domestic customers; sales to customers outside India are treated as a zero-rated export of service under our LUT/IEC. Prices may change with prospective notice. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Synvolve. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; no other rights are granted.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synvolve’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or to comply with law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability, governing law).

10. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
