Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Synvolve Intellis Private Limited (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you use Adviora. We act as a Data Fiduciary under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) for the personal data you provide.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, phone, password hash, organisation details.
• Business profile data: business name, category, brand voice, and inputs you provide for content generation.
• Connected-account data: access tokens and page/profile identifiers for platforms you connect (Meta, Google), stored encrypted.
• Usage & billing data: feature usage, AI-usage logs, invoices, and payment references (payment card details are handled by our payment gateway, not by us).
• Technical data: IP address, device/browser information, and logs for security and diagnostics.

2. How we use data

We use personal data to provide and secure the Service, generate and publish content you request, process payments and issue invoices, provide support, prevent abuse, and comply with law. We rely on your consent and on the necessity of performing our contract with you.

3. AI processing

To generate content and analyses we send relevant inputs to third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic, Google, and OpenAI). We do not sell your data. By default we do not permit your business content to be used to train third-party models where that option is available, and an AI-training opt-out is applied at the organisation level.

4. Sharing & processors

We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, including cloud hosting (Microsoft Azure), AI providers, our payment gateway (Razorpay), and email/messaging providers. We may disclose data where required by law.

5. Storage, security & retention

Data is hosted on Microsoft Azure (India region). We apply encryption of sensitive tokens, access controls, rate limiting, and other safeguards. We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations (e.g. GST invoice retention), after which it is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights (DPDP Act)

Subject to the DPDP Act, you have the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to grievance redressal. To exercise these rights, email us or use the account controls where available. See our Contact & Grievances page for our Grievance Officer.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
